- Chris Hedges—Cost of production, cropload management, apple leafcurling midge trial, ambrosia beetle survey
- Simcoe Research Station—Rootstock trial, cider variety trial, sprayer trial (equipment courtesy of Bartlett)
- Schuyler Farms—Precision agriculture, overhead irrigation, irrigation for frost protection
- Bonnieheath Estates—Cider production, facility tour, cider tasting
