Workshop dates:

- December 6 – Rittenhouse Hall, OMAFRA
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Are you a farmer interested in different practices for maintaining soil health?
A team of researchers at Brock University and Wilfred Laurier University are investigating the effects of using agrominerals as a soil amendment, in combination with cover cropping. Trials have been conducted in a vineyard this year.
You are invited to attend one (or both) of the workshops to hear the results of this research. There will be a presentation made by those involved in the project as well as a Q&A session where you can share your thoughts/queries if you wish. There will be some optional written questionnaires to fill out regarding your thoughts on these practices.
These workshops are being held at Rittenhouse Hall, OMAFRA, Vineland Research and Innovation Centre, 4890 Victoria Avenue North, Lincoln, L0R 2E0 on November 23rd and December 6th. Both workshops start at 8.30 am and will finish by 11 am. These workshops are free to attend and open to all. Tea and coffee will be provided.
Please RSVP to Lydia Collas at lc15nl@brocku.ca. You can also contact Lydia with any questions you have.
