Sour rotted Pinot noir grapes required for Brock research

We are working on a research project investigating the effect of sour rot infection in Pinot noir on sparkling and still wine flavor. 

We are looking for Pinot noir vineyards in Niagara with sour rot.  Our crew will selectively harvest the infected fruit and remove it from your vineyard.  We require around a tonne of fruit in total. Participating vineyards will remain anonymous in publications. Please contact Dr. Belinda Kemp at bkemp@brocku.ca if you have fruit that we can use.
